The Mariners have been my favorite team since I was ten. Much to my Giants-loving dad's and my A's-loving hubby's chagrin. Don't get me wrong, I love both of those teams too ( I am a Bay Area girl through and through, after all) but the Mariners will always be my favorite. Last week (on 9/11) it was first responders day at the A's game, and Tony was amongst a group of firefighters who got to carry the flag onto the field. It was emotional, and touching and great.
All that being said, the A's were playing the Mariners so (of course) I gave myself a simple, little Mariner's mani. I used Julep colors, since Julep is based out of Seattle. (Silly, I know, but still...)
The blue is Paula - it has a hint of gold shimmer and it's gorgeous! And the teal dot is Amy.
