Three Things

 1. The new "dirty chai" latte from Peet's. YUM!! A dirty chai is simply chai tea with a few shots of espresso, and it's delicious!

2. My new cookie jar. Too cute, right? We actually have keurig coffees in there, not cookies, so I guess it's my new coffee jar ;)

3. My hottie husband, who is building me an awesome coffee table!! I can't wait until it's finished! (Pardon my messy backyard!!)
