I've always had a love for parties and "crafty things"...add to that my own mantra of  "Hey - I could TOTALLY make that/do that/figure that out" and SwishDesigns was born.  Prior to opening my Etsy shop in 2007, I created  100s and 100s of FREE digital monograms, wedding programs, menus, tags, and more for my friends in one of my online wedding planning communities.  It made sense when I first opened my Etsy shop to really focus on items related to weddings.  Eventually I expanded to include  housewarming parties, moving announcements, baby showers and birth announcements. And now if you head over to my shop, you'll see that I've really fallen in love with children's parties... although you'll also find fun and funky designs for kids of all ages. ;)

I love so many things about designing printables and working with my fabulous customers!  From the actual process of brainstorming a new idea and seeing it come alive in an actual party to working with both the experienced party planner who has used printables many times to the brand new customer who is just thinking about trying a printable party.   I'm a people person and love to help others.  I think that those two things are a winning combination as I work REALLY hard to go above and beyond with all my customers - from sharing my ideas for printing and getting the best deal to tips for throwing a party worthy of the big party blogs.   And honestly another huge reason I love it so much is that it gives me the opportunity to be a work at home mom and raise my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter.  <3 <3 <3
