Halloween 2011 and a sugar high video

Happy Halloween!! This year Leila wanted to be some sort of bird (one of her many nicknames is Birdy) and she really wanted Gianna to be a bug (one of her many nicknames is Buggy)  So, last night they went as a peacock and a ladybug.

We spent part of the night trick-or-treating with our good friends, part of the night visiting family and part of the night handing out goodies at home.  It was busy, but fun!

We let the girls have a piece of candy here and there throughout the night, and came home to a massive sugar high. We told Leila she could stay up and play for ten minutes (in hopes of burning a little energy off) but all that ten minutes of play resulted in were a completely torn up family room, and two even crazier girls.

And this is Coco's monster voice. I'll try to get a better video. She was doing it all night, but the second she saw the camera didn't want to cooperate. My little stinker.
