This week's inspiration prompt was the word GREEN. This could have gone a bunch of different ways, but I decided to snap a quick picture of one section of our garden.
Tony's favorite part, his heirloom tomato garden:
There are nine different varieties of heirloom tomatoes in there. Other parts of our garden - nectarine and lemon trees, a "Coco's Strawberry Veil", "Lulu's Blackberry Patch", the secret garden (it's on one of our side yards, and has a bunch of different types of lettuce and onions) We also have a bunch of different types of herbs, including my bird bath, turned mint planter.
I would have taken more pictures for you, but it was 95 degrees and I heard Gianna start crying.

Oh, I wish I had a green thumb! :)
I love gardens. I can't wait to live in a place one day where we have room for one. I just love fresh veggies in the summertime. There is nothing like it! In the meantime, I'll just come over & share some of yours :)
i want a garden, dammit!
