Bakerella did a q&a session which makes me feel that my next set of cakepops will turn out much better than ones I've done in the past.
After the q&a she signed copies of her new book, "Cakepops" I've been browsing through it and it's total eye candy!
I was so excited to meet Ms. Bakerella (aka Angie Dudley) and have my book signed - she was incredibly sweet and humble!
The morning of the book signing I was working on orders and made a few extra Cupcake Connoisseur necklaces to give her! She seemed to love them!

Hmm absolutely my all-time favorite dessert: chocolate molten cake drizzled with dark chocolate & raspberry sauce and topped with a hazelnut brittle. Mmmmm!! :)
My absolute fave dessert? There are so many...but I'd have to say that this month's fave has to be my peach and cinnamon cobbler w/some wonderful vanilla bean ice cream. Yum!!!

fav desert...geez. thats hard. creme brule, cheesecake, a nice moist cake in general (love me some cake), diced fruit with homemade whipped cream....so many choices.

It's definitely a close tie between the Red Velvet Cheesecake from the cheesecake factory and just plan ol red velvet cupcakes. Can you tell i love red velvet!!

My favourite dessert - wow there are so many. my newest favourite is a walnut chocolate torte with baked plums, so delicious and not nearly as heavy as you might think! and it's gluten free so lovely to take to an event where anyone can eat it!
