Thursday Thirteen

Hmm....can't think of anything super clever, so here's thirteen facts you may (or may not) know about me:

1. I am a crazy person and love reading/watching/hearing about shark attacks
2. I don't like kid's music, unless it's from a Disney movie. Leila always requests George Michael or Lady Gaga when we're in the car. The kid probably doesn't have any idea that there is music specifically for her age group
3. I love, love, love paper products. Note cards, thank you cards, whatever. I love them. (But only buy ones printed on recycled paper!)
4. I wish I knew how to sew. I could probably learn, but want the knowledge already
5. Thursday is now my favorite day of the week because Leila has dance on Thursdays
6. I'm a sissy about driving on the freeways. I'll drive about 25 miles in any direction, but after that I'm out of my comfort zone
7. I hate top sheets, but sleep with one because my husband claims he can't sleep without it. When he's working I push the sheet all the way to the bottom of the bed.
8. I hate doing my hair, love doing my makeup
9. I hate that "sleeping in" now means anything later than 7:15am
10. My favorite movie is "Shaun of the Dead" Seriously. Close followers are "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" and "Sixteen Candles"
11. I kind of love when Leila wants to play Barbies
12. I love to take pictures, but am not great at it. Someday I want to get a DSLR and take some photography classes
13. When I get nervous around people I get super tongue-tied. It sucks.
