As I was sitting on the couch, snuggled up in a blanket, Ramon on my lap, watching "Martha Stewart" I realized I'm in a particularly good mood. The kind of mood that you get from something that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Leila is asleep, my house is clean, my deliveries are made...I have nothing that needs to be done immediately. It made me start to think about some other things that give me the "Warm Fuzzies"....
*when a Huey Lewis song comes on the radio
*packages being delivered to my door
*hot cocoa
*when Leila wakes up, arms reaching up for me and she says "Love you, mama!"
*hot soup and crusty bread for dinner
*festive cups at Peet's and Starbucks
*burning candles, and the amazing smell they give my house
*sweet comments on blog posts
*getting cards in the mail
*running into an old friend, somewhere unexpected, like the Post Office
*my family
