ReplyDeleteWithout getting too mushy: I'm very thankful for my family and the fact that I can be a stay-at-home mom...which is something I 1) NEVER thought I'd like and 2) I gave up a career and my friends in the bay area to do it.

After a difficult year, including a death in the family and of course the financial and housing crises, this year has taught me to focus on appreciating all of the wonderful things that I am fortunate to have in my life RIGHT NOW (my family including of course our sweet daughter, our health and happiness), instead of focusing on mourning what has been lost.

This year has been the tougest for me emotionally, and I am thankful for the support of my husband through it all. I have been blessed by him, my stepsons and my two cats. Yes even the cats get a shout out! I am thankful for my best friend who always knows how to make me laugh, no matter what!

I really enjoyed looking at all your cute jewelry at the boutique! I am thankful for getting my health back after a surprise health scare this past summer and for my family and the support they gave me. My husband who never left my side, my boys who were so worried about me, and my best friend..my daughter who does everything for me. I can not leave out the wonderful friends that I have that helped me through it all, I love them all as if they were my sisters. :-)

well, after a LONG & stressful year, i am thankful for the fact that i have a job & on top of that, a job that i love! since i have to work, i am fortunate enough to be surrounded by a WONDERFUL staff & AMAZING customers (such as your Mom) who make the store so much fun. i am also thankful that my Mom & my MIL are able to watch the kids while we are at work. it is so comforting to know that the kids are with family.
i am also thankful for the power of prayer. without it, i would be lost.
