I love giving and receiving flavor-infused oils. They make great house-warming gifts, and they're great for dipping your favorite bread, or making a delicious Italian dish...some of them also look pretty on your counter! Two really great oils I've received are Roasted Garlic and Sundried Tomato. I was thinking that they should make a mixed infused oil, so I gave it a crack. I made a garlic, roasted tomato, rosemary infused oil and it's delicious! Tony said I should start selling them!
